Prima importante vittoria all’udienza per il licenziamento e l’esclusione di 11 soci lavoratori da parte del presidente Michele Rogondino della Cooperativa sociale Teseo di Conversano. Nell’udienza, alla quale il presidente non si è presentato, il giudice Monteleone del Tribunale civile di Bari ha sospeso il provvedimento di licenziamento ed esclusione da soci di Locorotondo Valentino e Malerba Lucio, reintegrandoli al loro posto di lavoro e nella compagine sociale della cooperativa, ritenendo valide le motivazioni prodotte nella memoria difensiva depositata dall’avv. Filippo Ferrara del Foro di Bari. E’ stato quindi confermato ciò che da mesi i soci denunciano: l’illegittimità dei licenziamenti da parte del presidente Rogondino!
Come primo atto i due soci riammessi hanno chiesto agli amministratori della cooperativa un incontro per il 31/01/07 in merito alla diffida con la quale la Direzione Generale della A.S.L. BA/5 in data 22/12/06 ha intimato di ripristinare i requisiti funzionali e organizzativi della Comunità terapeutica Teseo, pena la revoca della convenzione in atto.
