WHEREAS:
1. Cooperative social THESEUS - onlus Conversano manages the office, residential therapeutic community located in the street Theseus prov. For Monopoly, 29 Conversano (BA) for the recovery and reintegration of working people with addiction, a reception center and training site in c.da Putignano, 36, also in conversations, with users from around the country in agreement with the USL BA / 5. Such cooperation has long been committed within its competence in health and social services regarding the prevention, recovery and reintegration - working with drug addicts and alcoholics, carrying out is targeted to drug prevention that the promotion and development of conditions of disadvantaged workers.
2. the month of March 2006 there is a legal dispute between the board of directors of the cooperative and some social partners - workers who have filed complaints and lawsuits against the President and the Board of Directors of the cooperative; dispute that threatens the existence of the cooperative and be in agreement with the Region of Puglia;
The City of Conversano and the social partners agreed to act jointly undertake to represent and promote the assets built up over years in the Conversano-through action made by the Social Co-THESEUS a tutti gli enti preposti e alle parti politiche di governo regionale;
Le parti sociali aderenti, condividendo i principi ed i criteri sopraenunciati, assicurano il loro contributo per la più agile e completa applicazione e diffusione del presente protocollo.
Per il conseguimento dei suddetti risultati, nella certezza dei rapporti intercorrenti tra le parti e nei confronti della Pubblica Amministrazione, si rende necessario prevedere e regolamentare:
A) da un lato la garanzia delle due parti in conflitto nella reciproca tutela mediante l'assunzione di azioni adeguate e confacenti che rendano possibile la prosecuzione delle attività lavorative, amministrative e societarie in attesa delle sentenze e dei provvedimenti giudiziari;

c) garantire che i lavoratori esclusi possano riprendere l’attività lavorativa istituzionale della comunità terapeutica e di tutte le attività ad essa collegate ciascuno con il proprio ruolo e funzione e più precisamente: Matteo Andriani in qualità di responsabile di sede, Liliana Tissino in qualità di responsabile dei servizi di accoglienza, l’ass. soc. e pedagogista dr.ssa Maria Angela Corcione, la psicologa dr.ssa Florinda Romanazzi, l’educatrice Marisa Taliente, il responsabile del laboratorio di restauro e falegnameria Valentino Locorotondo, gli operatori Marcello Carico, Giuseppe Guerrieri, Lucio Malerba, Giuseppe Avolos;

3.
