BACKGROUND
10/04/2006 - begins an investigation by the Guardia di Finanza of Monopoly in the administration of the cooperative Theseus, delivered to the Public Prosecutor of Bari, including a dozen complaints and spontaneous declarations of us dismissed members, former members of workers, employees, former employees, customers ... They confiscated documents, books and a computer from the corporate headquarters and administrative offices of the Cooperative by the operating core of the Guardia di Finanza of Monopoly.
But today was not issued any order for interim suspension allowing administrators to Theseus:

A result of this the seat of the therapeutic community has been deprived of all operators and unlawfully dismissed and excluded from membership, the last in September 2006.

-la salvaguardia dell’ente Teseo, riconosciuto e affermato negli anni sul territorio, patrimonio di professionalità, di attività e di know-how che non devono andare distrutti.
25/09/2006 – i soci esclusi incontrano il dr. Pansini e il dr. Lonardelli della Direzione Generale della ASL BA/5 e li mettono al corrente dei problemi interni alla cooperativa e le conseguenze sulla comunità. H anno preso atto della situazione e della nostra denuncia firmata da noi operatori dell’equipe psico-socio-sanitaria e depositata in data 22/08/06 alla D.G. della ASL BA/5.
22/09/06 l'avv. Francesco Judice, nonché sindaco di Conversano, avvocato difensore del presidente Rogondino, deposita nelle mani del Giudice Onorario Togato avv. Pietro Mastronardo presso il Tribunale Civile di Bari -sezione distaccata di Rutigliano - un ricorso nel quale il presidente Michele Rogondino denuncia tutti noi 8 soci lavoratori licenziati per aver fatto sospendere lo svolgimento di attività di assistenza sociale per i tossicodipendenti. Inoltra ci denuncia per l’occupazione della sede della Comunità teraputica. L’udienza viene rinviata su richiesta del nostro avvocato, Anna Fontana di Conversano, al 7 dicembre 2007; il sindaco Judice dopo pochi giorni firma un protocollo agreement in which he undertakes to "guarantee the continuation of therapeutic activities and promote action settlement between the parties in dispute and that the excluded workers to resume work activities";
25/10/2006 - Mayor of the City Conversano, adv. 25/01/07 - il giudice Monteleone del Tribunale civile di Bari sospende il provvedimento di licenziamento ed esclusione da soci di Locorotondo Valentino e Malerba Lucio, reintegrandoli al loro posto di lavoro e nella compagine sociale della cooperativa, non è presente all'udienza né Rogondino né il suo legale. E’ stato quindi confermato ciò che da mesi denunciamo: l’illegittimità dei licenziamenti da parte del presidente Rogondino.
31/01/07 - Come primo atto i due soci riammessi hanno chiesto agli amministratori della cooperativa un incontro in merito alla diffida with which the Directorate General of ASL BA / 5 dated 22.12.2006 has ordered to restore the functional and organizational requirements of the therapeutic community Theseus, on pain of revocation of the agreement in place. 05/02/2007 - il Tribunale civile di Bari in Camera di Consiglio ha disposto l'ispezione straordinaria della Coop sociale Teseo chiesta in aprile 2006 da noi soci esclusi in base all'ex art.2545 quinquiesdecies del c.c. Il giudice ha fissato una cauzione (da depositare in Tribunale dalla parte richiedente l'ispezione, cioè noi) di 7.500 € che a sentenza avvenuta andranno a carico di chi avrà torto. Non è presente all'udienza nessuno che rappresenti la coop. Teseo.
08/02/07 - 3° udienza presso il Tribunale di Bari, sezione distaccata di Rutigliano, giudice G.O.T. Avv. Pietro Mastronardi, nella quale Il Presidente della Coop. Teseo ha denunciato gli operatori licenziati per l’occupazione della Comunità Terapeutica Teseo, non si presentano né Rogondino né il suo legale, la riammissione di due operatori da parte del Giudice Monteleone nella sentenza del 25/01/07 fa cadere le accuse. La causa viene rinviata.
10/02/07 - la situazione ormai è insostenibile: nonostante le numerose denunce alla Guardia di Finanza, all'Ispettorato degli Enti Cooperativi, all'Ispettorato del Lavoro e al Tribunale Civile di Bari, il presidente e gli amministratori della Cooperativa Teseo continuano a non assicurare l’assistenza agli utenti della comunità terapeutica ostacolando l’operato dei lavoratori a cui viene impedito il sostentamento economico. Tutte le proposte solutive avanzate dagli operatori e dagli utenti per giungere alla chiusura della vertenza non vengono prese in considerazione da un fantomatico consiglio di amministrazione.
09/02/07 TRIBUNALE CIVILE DI BARI - Il Giudice del Procedimento Cautelare dr. Michele Monteleone dispone la sospensione dell’efficacia esecutiva della deliberazione assunta dall’Assemblea ordinaria dei soci della TESEO Soc. Coop. Sociale a r.l. in data 28.06.2006, già impugnata con atto di citazione notificato il giorno 11.11.2006.
25/02/07 In questo lungo frattempo, da marzo 2006 a febbraio 2007, mentre il presidente della cooperativa ha avuto tutto il tempo di intascare i pregressi mandati di pagamento delle ASL che tuttora stanno arrivando sui conti della cooperativa e che sta provvedendo a intascare indisturbato, gli operatori non hanno più la forza economica di andare avanti in questa battaglia, di far fronte alle spese per la gestione del centro residenziale, visto che l’amministrazione della cooperativa dal 1° settembre 2006 non provvede più al sostentamento del centro, cosa che è stata denunciata alla Procura della Repubblica di Bari, ma a tutt’oggi ancora non è successo nulla.
